We take off on April 4th thru April 30th, every day logging a few miles. Here’s what to know:

• We will be tracking the miles thru the NIKE Run Club app

• You will be added to our Run Club Challenge - WhatsApp Group Message

• We will send out programming, the day prior.

• Questions, and comments will be answered through our group message.

• Run meet up on Saturday, April 16th 8:00 at the Venetian Causeway

• Nutrition Coaching Consultation included
